Feels Like Frost Designer Series Paper - Day 10

Hi everyone, welcome to Day 10 of the Feels Like Frost Designer Series Paper projects.

I have chosen this piece of patterned paper for today's cards.

The stamp set I have used is Perfectly Plaid along with the Stitched So Sweetly Dies.

You get two cards from the one piece of patterned paper from the Feels Like Frost Designer Series Paper Pack.  This is 8 of these cards from the 4 sheets of patterned paper in the pack.

I have shown two samples, one with a Misty Moonlight card base and the other with a Smoky Slate card base.

This an easy card to make, with the a piece of the Silver Metallic Edged Ribbon behind the sentiment panel and Rhinestone Basic Jewels added to finish.

The two long strips are used to decorate the inside of the cards.

Feels Like Frost Designer Series Paper - Day 5

Hi everyone, welcome to Day 5 of the Feels Like Frost Designer Series Paper projects.

I have chosen this piece of patterned paper for today's cards.

For this card I have used the Perfectly Plaid stamp set, Poinsettia Dies, Stitched So Sweetly Dies and Sprig Punch.

This piece of pattern paper is so pretty and it does all the work for you.  I kept the sentiment panel quite simple at the top of the card so that you can see the best of the picture in the paper.

The 'Merry Christmas' from the Perfectly Plaid stamp set was stamped using Misty Moonlight ink on a piece of Whisper White cardstock and the die cut using the Stitched So Sweetly dies.  I added a silver berry foliage piece cut from Silver Foil Sheet and the die from the Poinsettia dies.  Two Vellum sprigs were also added, these were punched using the Sprig Punch.  To finish off a piece of Seaside Spray Metallic Ribbon was adhered behind the sentiment panel and a few Rhinestones added for a little bling.

To decorate the inside of the card I stamped the solid tree image from the Perfectly Plaid stamp set.

This is the Metric Measurement cutting guide.

This is the Imperial Measurement cutting guide.

For the Imperial Measurement you will have a 1/2" strip left.  You can use this to decorate the inside of the card instead of the trees.

I love these finished cards and I know it is because of the gorgeous picture in the paper.  They are quite quick and easy to make.  You can make 8 of these cards from the 4 sheets of the patterned paper in the Feels Like Frost Designer Series Paper Pack.

Hope you enjoyed today's project.

Brightly Gleaming Chrismas Card

Hi everyone, ready for another quick and easy Christmas Card?  This one uses the Brightly Gleaming Specialty Designer Series Paper, Perfectly Plaid Stamp Set and the Sprig Punch

It does not get much simpler than this.  The card base is Pretty Peacock with the Whisper White cardstock cut at 13.8cm x 9.5cm.  The Designer Series Paper was cut at 13.3cm x 9cm.  The centre strip is cut at 9.5cm x 4cm.

The sentiment is from the Perfectly Plaid Stamp Set and this was stamped using Black Memento ink on Very Vanilla cardstock and then die cut using the Stitched So Sweetly Dies.  The sprigs behind the sentiment are punch from Copper Foil Sheet using the Sprig Punch. To finish the card front some Wonderful Gems were added.

For the inside of the card a strip of the Designer Series Paper was adhered to the bottom of a piece of Very Vanilla cardstock before this as adhered to the card inside.

Hope you enjoy this quick and easy design to create some Christmas Cards this year.

Another of my OnStage Swaps

Hi everyone, sharing the other card that I made for my OnStage Swaps,  similar theme to the first card - Christmas of course.  I love the Real Read, Very Vanilla, Old Olive and Soft Suede combination on these cards.

I used a lot of punches creating this card, the Sprig Punch, Leaf Punch, Delightful Tag Topper Punch, Pine Tree Punch along with the Layering Circle Dies.

The stamp sets used are Perfectly Plaid and Christmas Gleaming.

I coloured the Holly image from the Christmas Gleaming stamp set using Real Red (dark and light) and Old Olive (dark and light) Stampin' Blends.

The background piece of Very Vanilla has been embossed using the Subtle Embossing Folder before being adhered over the strip of Designer Series Paper from the Toile Tidings Designer Series Paper pack.  Can you believe that I am on the 4th pack of this paper, I have a feeling that I might love the colour combination of Real Red and Very Vanilla.
