Breakthrough T1D Fundraiser Projects

Hi everyone, it has been awhile since I have posted on my blog and today I am sharing with you cards from a fundraiser I held in late June for Breakthrough T1D (formerly Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation).

Card 1

This card uses products that have since retired or are on the Last Chance product list.

There is something about white and blue with a touch of green and silver that I always find eye catching,

Card 2

This card uses a card sketch from Call Me Crafty Al.  I loved the different layout of this card.

Card 3

This card uses a favourite stamp and die set Trusty Tools, great for masculine cards.

Card 4

This card is my favourite from all the projects.  I love how easily the leaves are created by just two stamps.  A little bit of fussy cutting of the leaves was required and they just look gorgeous tucked behind the sentiment panel stamped using the Pattern of Friendship stamp set.

Card 5A & 5B

These two cards were very quick to make with some simple stamping of the sentiments from the Not 29 Anymore stamp set, a little bit of doodling around the sentiment edges, some ribbon and dots and the cards were finished.

Card 6

This is all about Strawberry Slush and the Impressions A Bloom dies.  Just love the colours in this card.

Card 7

How gorgeous is the Perfectly Pairs Suite.  This card was created using sponging on the background, stamping the pears and foliage pieces and die cutting all the other pieces required for the card.  Not a piece of Designer Series Paper in sight.  Love this colour combination of Darling Duckling, Old Olive, Mossy Meadow, Crumb Cake and Basic White.

Card 8

This card was a sneek peak using the Charming Day Bundle and the Peaceful Garden Designer Series Paper.

I hope you have enjoyed seeing the cards from the fundraiser.

Thank you for visiting.
Carolyn
