Just Add Ink Challenge #103 - Add Red and White

Hi Everyone

I thought I would have a go at the Just Add Ink Challenge #103.  The Challenge is to just add red and white, simple you would have thought, not so.  I had a few trial runs and came up with this card.  The hard part was creating a constrasting piece for the bottom half of the card.  My interpretation of the challenge is that you cannot use any DSP paper (hope this is correct), you can only use ink and cardstock and my favourite thing, gadgets to create embellishments and contrasts.

Simply Stampin' Challenge #45 Heartfelt

Hi Everyone

Today's post is for the Simply Stampin' Challenge .This weeks challenge at Simply Stampin' is a theme and as it is close to Valentines Day they have made the challenge theme "Heartfelt".  This is the very first challenge that I have ever entered, so here goes.

I have used Stampin' Up Everyday Enchantment DSP and the stamp sets Fresh Vintage and Outlined Occaions. All products used on this card are from Stampin' Up.

Simply Stampin' Challenge #45 Heartfelt

Everyday Enchantment

I have a Stamp Club get together in a few weeks and our challenge is to come up with a card design using the Stampin' Up Sale-a-bration Stamps Sets and Everyday Enchantment DSP.   I made this card as part of my playing and designing for the Stamp Club get together.  I was pleased with the result.

Everyday Enchantment

Crimped Flowers

This card is made using all Stampin' Up products.  I made the flowers by crimping the paper and then punching them out using the 5-Petal Flower punch.  The Crimping Tool is a new gadet for me and I have been crimping all my scrap bits of card and using my punches to see the effects I can create, and the possibilities are endless.  I really like the finished card, basic but effective.  Enjoy.

Time to Celebrate

My order from Stampin' Up arrived today, so I had to play with the new Everyday Enchantment DSP.  I really enjoyed making this card, I saw the flowers made with the Floral Fusion Sizzlits Die on Splitcoast Stampers and thought they looked really cute so naturally I had to make some.
