Stash Busting Saturday - Favored Flowers 12" x 12" Designer Series Paper

Hi everyone, sorry for being a day late in posting my 'Stash Busting Saturday' cards. I actually had intended posting last night as I had been out and about all day yesterday, however when I had another look at my cards I thought that they needed some cosmetic surgery.  All I did was add some leaves and greenery using the Layering Leaves punch and it made all the difference.  The sentiment was a bit lost with just the ribbon behind it and a few Rhinestones added for embellishments.

This is a great layout for using your strips of leftover Designeer Series Paper from other projects.  

You need to cut the Designer Series Paper as follows:

- 4cm x 12.3cm (this is the purple/green flower piece)

- 4cm x 4.5cm (this is the purple patterned piece)

- 4cm x 7.5cm (this is the green patterned piece)

I layered these onto a Basic White Thick cardstock base using dimensionals.  You can decorate how you like.

The sentiment is from the Saying Hey stamp set. The stitched rectangle is from the Nested Essential Dies. The leaves and greenery were punched out using the Layering Leaves punch.

To finish just add some ribbon and rhinestones or other embellishments of your choice.

Stash Busting Saturday - Favored Flowers 12" x 12" Designer Series Paper

Hi everyone, sorry I am a day late posting my Stash Busting Saturday cards.  I was not feeling very well yesterday or this morning, so did not get around to doing the post.

For this week's Stash Busting Saturday cards I have selected the Favored Flowers 12" x 12"Designer Series Paper.  I have had this paper pack in my stash for awhile and it is currently on the Clearance Rack in the Online Store, so I thought I would give you a little inspiration on how to use this paper pack.

I had previously fussy cut the flowers from one of the sheets of patterned paper and I had 5 of the large flowers left so naturally I just had to use those, lol (less work for me).  

The card sketch I am using is Mojo Monday #444.  I cut the pieces of Designer Series Paper at 3.8cm x 7.5cm (1 1/2" x 3").  You will need 2 of one design and 1 of another design.  For the centre piece on my cards I actually used the small pieces left over from fussy cutting the flowers.  As the large flower covers the centre of this piece you can get away with using the left over smaller pieces.

I made 5 of these cards, using the large flowers that I had already fussy cut.  The stamp set I used is a new one called Simply Said which is the new 2024/2025 Annual Catalogue.

February Class Projects

Hi everyone, sharing two of the cards from February's Card Class.  These two projects used products from the Sale-a-bration Promotion that ended on the 28 February 2023.

I just had to make another card using the Adorable Owls stamp set and the Dandy Designs Designer Series Paper.

This project uses the gorgeous Favored Flowers Designer Series Paper.
