Pop of Pink

Hi Everyone, I attended the OnStage Live event in Brisbane last week where the new products in the new Occasions Catalogue coming on 4 January 2017 were unvailed.  There are some amazing goodies coming our way in the New Year.

As part of the event you get the opportunity (if you wish) to swap cards or projects with other Demonstrators.  This is one of the swaps that I made using the Pop of Pink Designer Series Paper.

The stamp sets used are Crazy About You and Circle of Spring. The flower was made using the Flower Medallion, Petite Petals and 1/2" Circle Punches.

You can get all the supplies you need for this project from me.

You can place an order online and join in the fun with the On-line Club or Contact Me and place an order.

Thank you for visiting.

For My Mum

Hi everyone, sharing the card I made for my Mum for Mother's Day this Sunday.  I have no worries about her seeing it before Sunday as she does not even know how to turn a computer on.  I have tried to get her to learn but she is more than happy to ask me to look up whatever she wants to know.

I wanted something pretty for my Mum as she is a pretty amazing lady.  I have used a colour scheme of Whisper White and Blushing Bride with the patterned paper from the Love Blossoms Paper Pack. The heart doily is from the Love Blossoms Embellishment Kit, I just turned the gold doily around and used the white side. The Blushing Bride ribbon and sequins are also from the Love Blossoms Embellishment Kit.

The spray of leaves behind the flower was made using the Rose Garden Thinlits, Vellum and Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer Paper with a little bit of Silver Metallic Thread. The flower was made using the Flower Shop stamp set, Blushing Bride ink and the Pansy Punch.  The flower centre was made with a Whisper White Petite Petals flower using the punch and a Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer Paper flower using the punch from the Itty Bitty Accents Punch Pack.  A Basic Jewel Pearl was added for the flower centre.

The Love Blossoms Paper Pack and Love Blossoms Embellishment Kit are retiring at the end of May or while stocks last.  So make sure you do not miss out.

See the retiring list here!

Sneak Peak - Display Board Samples for Sydney On Stage Local

Hi everyone, as promised I am sharing the cards and projects that I made for the display boards at the Sydney On Stage Local event.

I received a new stamp set, inks, cardstock, ribbon (love this new ribbon) and designer series paper from Stampin' Up! which I had to use along with any other carrying over stamp sets and products.  I was requested to stamp in the 2015-17 In Colors, making four samples each of the five colours.

I made three cards and one Project Life filler card for my samples.

Cucumber Crush

Mint Macaron

Tip Top Taupe

Delightful Dijon

Watermelon Wonder

Hope you enjoyed this little sneak peak.

Just Add "E"

Hi everyone, I am playing along with this week's challenge at Just Add Ink,  Just Add "E".

As I have been buying all these cute little bunnies (I just cannot seem to stop) with the idea of packaging them up for Easter I am going with "Easter" for my "E".

The Designer Series Paper is from the "Farmers Market" paper pack.  I made the little bag using the Gift Bag Punch Board and a piece of pattern paper 12" x 8" and used the Large Bag size.   The window frame was made using the Deco Labels Framelits (I used the second largest framelit in the set) and a piece of Window Sheet which was adhere to the inside of the bag.

The finishing touches were made using stamp set "Circle of Spring", Gold Foil Sheet, Gold Fancy Foil Vellum, small Gold Metallic Doily, Gold Sequin Trim, Gold Metallic Bakers Twine, Linen Thread, mini Gold Metallic Peg and Pearls.  The punches used were the 1/8" Handheld Circle, Bird Builder, small flower from the Itty Bitty Accents Punch Pack along with the Tags and Labels Framelits.

Birthday Bouquet

How great is the "Birthday Bouquet" Designer Series Paper Pack which is available from 5 January 2016 in the new Occasions Catalogue.  I am sharing another sneak peak with you, using some of this beautiful paper.

The card I have kept quite simple as I did not want to hide the beautiful floral design in the paper, it is too pretty to hide.  The sentiment is from another stamp set "Greatest Greetings" also coming your way on the 5 January 2016.

The paper was just so pretty that I just had to make a matching little gift bag, adding some gold sequin trim, gold corded trim, gold 1/8" ribbon and a little tag made using the "Tags and Labels" Framelits, finishing with a gold metallic peg.

Reason for the Season

Hi everyone, just sharing with you the little gift boxes I made using the Large Pillow Box Thinlits, stamp sets Reason for Season and Circle of Spring, Festive Flower Builder Punch along with the Tags & Labels Framelits dies.

After watching a Stampin' Up presentation by Katie on Youtube, I made the first box for a Christmas gift.  In the presentation Katie showed a flower that she had made to show how versatile the stamp set and punch were.  My second box was inspired by Katie's blue flower.

For my large pillow boxes I have used the exact same layout, just changing the theme from Christmas to Birthday and using different DSP.

I have used the Merry Moments DSP on this box with a colour scheme of Real Red. Mossy Meadow, Whisper White and Silver

On this box I used a colour scheme of Soft Sky, Whisper White and Silver.  I did create the flowers using Shimmery White as I misted the stamp images with water before I built the flower.
