2nd Project from October 2022 Class

Hi everyone, sharing a little gift box from the October 2022 card class.  It holds a litle 50gm box of Lindt Lindor chocolates.

The stamp sets used are Sweet Candy Canes and Season of Chic, dies are Celebrations Tag Dies and the punch is the Double Oval.

The patterned paper is from the Boughs of Holly Designer Series Paper Pack.  To finish the box some Gold Shimmer Ribbon was added.

To make this box you will need the following:

Measurements

Old Olive cardstock 26cm x 21cm
Designer Series Paper 7.6cm x 26.5 cm

Technique

Score the Old Olive cardstock on the 26cm edge at 2cm, 6cm, 14cm and 18cm.  Score on the 21cm edge at 4cm, 15cm and 19cm.

Fold and burnish all the score lines.  Cut as per the diagram and adhere the box together and then decorate.

I hope you enjoyed this project.

Just Add Ink #610 - Inspiration

Hi everyone, I am playing along this week with the challenge at Just Add Ink.  It has been awhile since I have played along with this challenge and as soon as I saw the inspiration picture with all the balloons I immediately wanted to get creating.

The challenge this week is to create a project using the picture for inspiration.

I immediately thought of the Celebrate With Tags stamp set and the maching Celebrations Tag Dies to create this fun birthday card with all the balloons.  I do not think I have even made a tag with the bundle yet, it is so great for making cards.

I have used the colours of Fresh Freesia, Daffodil Delight, Polished Pink, Parakeet Party and Tahitian Tide to stamp all the balloons on a Thick Basic White Cardstock base.   The sentiment was white heat embossed on a piece of Basic Black Cardstock and die cut using the label die in the Celebrations Tag Dies,  The Polished Pink flag end banner behind the sentiment was cut using the Stylish Shapes Dies.

I hope you enjoyed this fun project.

Thank you for visiting.
