Magnolia Lane Monday

Hi everyone, sharing another one of the cards made using the Magnolia Lane Memories & More card pack.

Another easy card, with a fussy cut flower and some die cut and punch leaves.  I had previously cut out all the flowers from the sheet of Magnolia Lane Designer Series Paper and die cut the leaves and punched the vellum leaves so that they were ready on hand when I wanted to make cards.

The sentiment made using the Magnolia Bloom stamp set and the Stitched Rectangle Dies.  

For the inside of the card I stamped the 'Happy Birthday' image using Early Espresso ink on a piece of Whisper White cardstock.

This card uses one of the larger fussy cut flowers, one of the Memories & More cards along with vellum leaves.

The panel that the flower is arrange on is cut using the Stitched Label Dies from Mossy Meadow cardstock.  The sentiment from the Good Morning Magnolia stamp set is stamped using Early Espresso ink on a piece of Whisper White cardstock and then die cut using the Stitched Rectangle Dies.

For the inside of the card 'Happy Birthday' from the Magnolia Bloom stamp set was stamped on a piece of Whisper White cardstock.

Hi everyone, sharing another one of the cards made using the Magnolia Lane Memories & More Card Pack.

This card uses one of the flowers fussy cut from the Magnolia Lane Designer Series Paper along with one of the cards from the card pack.  The matching sentiment is from the sticker sheet in the card pack which has been matted onto a piece of Early Espresso cardstock.

The Stitched Shaped Circles were slightly offset to give an element of interest and to also allow space for the rhinestones.

A piece of Petal Pink Organdy Striped Ribbon was added behind the sentiment circle.

For the inside of the card the small Magnolia flower image from the Good Morning Magnolia stamp set was stamped using Early Espresso on a piece of Whisper White cardstock.

Hi everyone, sharing another card made using the Magnolia Lane Memories & More Card Pack.

I like the pretty look of this card with the Petal Pink/Whisper White striped background card.

The centre circle panel is very quick to make using  the Stitched Shaped Dies and the Layering Circle Dies.  The sentiment from the Magnolia Blooms stamp set was stamped using Early Espresso ink.  The circles where offset to add a little element of contrast and also to make space for the Rhinestones.

I have used one of the fussy cut flowers with a Linen thread bow behind the flower on the circle sentiment panel.

For the inside of the card the small flower from the Magnolia Blooms stamp set was stamped on a piece of Whisper White cardstock using Early Espresso ink.

Hi everyone, sharing another of the cards made using the Magnolia Lane Memories & More Card Pack.

I actually made a retirement card using this same card and sketch previously, you can see that card here.  I liked the finished card so decided to make a Happy Birthday card using the same Memories & More card and design.

These Magnolia Lane Memories & More Card Pack are so pretty and make great backgrounds for cards.

I have used another of my fussy cut flowers, with the Old Olive leaves cut using the Winder Woods dies and the vellum leaves using the Leaf Punch.  A Linen Thread bow was added behind the flower before all the elements were arranged on the bottom of the Petal Pink Stitched Shaped Circle.  The sentiment is from the Magnolia Blooms stamp set and was stamped using Early Espresso ink.

For the inside of the card I have stamped the small flower image on a piece of Whisper White cardstock using Early Espresso ink.

Hi everyone, sharing another card made using the Magnolia Lane Memories & More Card Pack.  This card pack, along with the Magnolia Lane Large Specialty Memories & More Cards & Envelopes make card making so easy.

I told you I liked fussy cutting.  I actually sat and cut all the flowers from one sheet of the Magnolia Lane Specialty Paper so that I had them ready to go for when I wanted to make a card.

The flower has been layered onto a Mossy Meadow Stitched Shape Circle with Old Olive leaves cut using the Winter Woods Dies and the vellum leaves punched using the Leaf Punch.

The Stitched Shaped Circle has been adhered to the right side of the card front leaving room for the sentiment.  The sentiment is one of the stickers from the card pack which has been layered onto a piece of Early Espresso cardstock.

For the inside of the card I have used one of the small half flower stickers and two of the coloured leaf stickers.

Hi everyone, sharing another of the cards made using the Magnolia Lane Memories & More Card Pack.

This card uses one of the large Memories & More cards which I have cut into 2" strips, you get three cards.

The flower that was cut from the Magnolia Lane Designer Series Paper was layered onto a Petal Pink Stitched Shaped Circle along with Mossy Meadow leaves die cut using the Winter Woods dies and vellum leaves punch using the Leaf Punch.

The sentiment panel is made using the Stitched Rectangle Dies and the image from the Good Morning Magnolia stamp set.

As an alternative to the Magnolia Lane Large Specialty Memories & More Cards & Envelopes you can use other card bases.  This card is the same sketch as the first card, with the Memories and More card piece backed onto a Basic Black cardstock mat.  The background was stamped from the large solid image from the Artisan Textures stamp set using Petal Pink ink.

For the middle of these cards 'Happy Birthday' was stamped in the middle of a piece of Whisper White cardstock using Early Espresso ink.

Hi everyone, sharing another card using the Magnolia Lane Memories and More Card Pack.

This card uses one of the large Memories & More cards which I have cut in half.  The other side is the checked image, I have used this on another project which I will post next week.

This card is very simple with the flower cut from the Magnolia Lane Designer Series Paper and layered onto some Mossy Meadow leaves cut using the Winter Woods Dies.  A Linen Thread bow was added behind the flower.  The sentiment from the Magnolia Blooms stamp set was stamped onto the Petal Pink Stitched Shaped Circle using Early Espresso ink.

For the inside of this card I have used one of the small half flowers and two of the coloured leaf stickers.

These Magnolia Lane Memories & More Cards do all the work for you, just add a few flowers, leaves and die cuts and you have a gorgeous card.

Hi everyone, sharing another card made using the Magnolia Lane Memories and More Card Pack.

This card uses one of the flowers that I fussy cut from the Magnolia Lane Designer Series Paper.  I have added some vellum leaves punched using the Leaf Punch and some Old Olive leaves cut using the Winter Woods Dies.  These were all layered onto a Mossy Meadow Stitched Shaped Circle.

The sentiment from the Good Morning Magnolia stamp set was stamped using Early Espresso ink on a piece of Whisper White cardstock, the end was cut on an angle to give a little more interest.

A piece of Petal Pink Organdy Striped Ribbon was added behind the circle to tie the colours of the card together.

Hi everyone, sharing another of the cards made using the Magnolia Lane Memories and More Card Pack.

This card involves a little fussy cutting the flower from the Magnolia Lane Designer Series Paper. I love fussy cutting and these flowers are so easy to cut out as there are not a lot of intricate areas to cut around.

The sentiment is one of the stickers from the card pack which I have backed onto a piece of Early Espresso cardstock before adhering with Mini Dimensionals.

For the inside of the card I have used one of the small half flowers and two of the colour leaf stickers.

The background card was perfect as is, no additional colouring needed.  I also love the frame on this card, as the flower fits perfectly in the space.
