Hi everyone, do you find yourself with a lot of leftovers when card making with the 6" x 6" paper packs?
This card I have designed to get the maximum benefit from the 6" x 6" sheets. As I do card classes I was finding it difficult to have enough pieces of Designer Series Paper to make up the kits for everyone without buying a lot of the paper packs and then having a lot left over.
I got my problem solving hat on and layed all the sheets of the different papers from the Classic Garage Designer Series Paper pack out on my bench and came with this idea of using the three sheets with matching colours in my card design.
If you cut each piece into two 3" strips and then cut these into 1 1/2" pieces you get 8 cards from the 3 pieces of Designer Series Paper. This certainly solved my problem of not having enough Designer Series Paper for my classes.
It was not until after I had made my card I realised that I had used all the products from the Classic Garage Suite on page 43 of the Occasions Catalogue.
