For this card I sponged the background with Balmy Blue and stamped the Seaweed image using Mossy Meadow. I did 1st and 2nd generation stamping to give some slight colour contrast.
The front piece was stamped with the fish net image using Crumb Cake before the oval was cut out. I though that this card is a great example of how all the stamping and images layer together to give great texture and depth.
There is one stamp in the set that it took me a little while to work out what is actually was. When I realised that it was the side of a fish (or the scales to be exact) I thought how was I going to use it in my projects. Background stamping was the answer. I stamped a piece of Thick Whisper White cardstock to create this little gift bag.
Are you wondering where the Navy Blue Library Clip came from? It is one of our Gold Library Clips that I coloured using the dark Night of Navy Stampin' Blend.
This next project again shows how with some basic stamping and die cutting you can create some great cards with texture and depth.
This project shows the background stamping, simple stamping and die cutting.
More projects coming tomorrow.
Thank you for visiting.
