Stash Busting Saturday - Using Up Paper Strips

Hi everyone, it is time for another 'Stash Busting' show and tell.

I am using up a heap of 1.2cm or 1/2" paper strips that I had left over from a previous project using the Bright and Beautiful 6" x 6" Designer Series Paper.   I had a really good feeling when I had used these up as I do not like having a heap of strips and pieces of Designer Series Paper left over.  I made 8 cards using a very simple card design.

To make these cards cut a piece of Basic White Cardstock 7cm x 13.3cm and then adhered the strips on the diagonal until the entire piece is covered.  Adhered this to a Thick Basic White cardbase using dimensionals.

The sentiment is from the Simple Said stamp set and was White heat embossed on a piece of Night of Navy cardstock and then die cut using a circle from the Stylish Shapes Dies.

To finish the cards some Rhinestones were added.
