Brushed Metallic Diamonds

Hi everyone, sharing two cards I made using the Organic Beauty Dies and the Brushed Metallic Cardstock.  

I die cut a heap of the diamond shapes using the Organic Beauty Dies, Brushed Metallic Cardstock and Basic Black Cardstock.  The die makes a great frame and background die cut, but I wanted to use the diamond shapes.

I made two versions, one using Basic White and the other Very Vanilla.

I cut a piece of Basic Black cardstock 10.5cm x 7cm and adhered the diamond shapes to this.  You can use what ever adhesive you like as they all work great.  Just make sure that you have a good coverage.

Once all the diamond pieces are adhered, trim off the overhanging pieces.  Cut two small strips of Basic Black Cardstock 3mm x 11cm.  Adhere these to the top and bottom of the diamond piece.  Trim off ends and adhere to the piece of Very Vanilla or Basic White Cardstock that was cut at 9.5cm x 10.5cm.  Adhere this to the Basic Black card base.

The sentiment is from the Go To Greetings stamp set.  This was stamped using Black Memento ink and die cut using the largest label die from the Stylish Shapes Dies.  The sentiment was adhered to the card front using Dimensionals.

To finish off the cards I added some Brushed Metallic Adhesive Backed Dots to the cards.  I used the Copper on the Basic White version and Gold on the Very Vanilla version.
