Hi everyone, it is time for another 'Stash Busting' show and tell.
I am using the pretty Countryside Rose 12" x 12" Designer Series Paper pack this week. I received this pack of Designer Series Paper as a freebie from Stampin' Up! as I increased the amount of my sales in April 2024 from my sales in April 2023.
I have used a Melon Mambo card base. This is way out of my comfort zone using this colour but I really like the pretty look of the finished cards.
To make these cards I cut the Basic White cardstock mat at 9cm x 13.3cm. The pieces of Designer Series Paper were cut at 12.8cm x 3.5cm and 12.8cm x 5cm. These were adhered to the Basic White cardstock mat and then this piece was adhered to the Melon Mambo cardbase using Dimensionals.
To decorate the cards I used the Layering Leaves stamp set and the matching punch. I stamped the leaves in Pretty In Pink and punched these out along with some Basic White small foliage pieces. These were adhered on top of a piece of Iridescent Striped Trim that was adhered to the card front. The sentiment was stamped with Basic Gray ink and fussy cut before being adhered to the card front using Dimensionals. To finish the cards I added some Adhesive Backed Sparkle Gems.
I only used two strips of patterned paper 12.8cm in 30.5cm to make the 6 cards.
