Fresh As A Daisy - One Sheet Wonder

Hi everyone, sharing the cards I made using the sheet of paper from the Fresh As A Daisy 12" x 12" Designer Series Paper and is designed to be cut apart.  Half the work has been done for you, all you need to do is cut the individual pieces out and then decided how you are going to use them.  I made 7 cards all up.

For my first card (I did make 2 of these) I cut the Daisy patterned paper in half so I could make 2 cards.  I then cut the Boho Blue piece of patterned paper in half and then cut these 2 pieces down again so that I could have the two pieces either side of the centre panel.  It is a bit of an illusion as you do not need a piece of patterned paper to go all the way across the card front, that way you can make the 2 cards.

The Boho Blue 1cm Textured Ribbon was a little too wide for what I wanted, so I cut a length that I needed and then cut this up the middle to make the thinner pieces, it worked perfectly.  The sentiment is from the Cheerful Daisies Stamp Set and was die cut using the label die in the Cheerful Daisies Dies.  I did emboss the front of my cards, however this is optional.

Some of the Boho Blue Dots from the 2023-2025 In Color Dots were added to finish the card.

For my second card I used 3 pieces of patterned paper.  The Moody Mauve piece on the on the long strip is the Garden Green patterned piece which I just flipped over as the colour scheme matched my card perfectly.   Again this is an illusion, as I cut this piece in half and adhered one piece to the bottom and one piece to the top of the Pebbled Path cardstock mat.  The centre is covered over so it does not matter that you have a gap. The other 2 pieces of patterned paper were just adhered onto Pebbled Path cardstock mats cut to fit.

Again I cut the ribbon to fit my purpose.  This is the Moody Mauve 1cm Textured Ribbon. The sentiment is from the Cheerful Daisies Stamp Set and was die cut using the label die in the Cheerful Daisies Dies.  I did emboss the front of my cards, however this is optional.

Some of the Moody Mauve Dots from the 2023-2025 In Color Dots were added to finish the card.

My 3 card is my favourite.  It was quite quick and simple to make.  I used a Pretty Peacock cardbase, a piece of Wild Wheat cardstock for the first mat and Basic White cardstock for the 2nd mat.  I cut the patterned paper to fit the mat, and the strip I cut off I used to decorate the inside of the card.

I used the Gorgeously Made bundle to create the die cut and the sentiment.  To finish the card I added sine of the Wild Wheat Dots from the 2023-2025 In Color Dots.

This piece of patterned paper did cause be a few issues as I could not decide how to use it.  In the end I went down the quick and simple track, a die cut from the Gorgeously Made Dies and the sentiment from the Go To Greetings stamp set were all that I used.  I did trim the piece to fit the Basic White mat.

For this card I just followed what nearly everyone else has done with this piece of patterned paper.  It is just too gorgeous to cut up.  I did trim it slightly to fit the Basic White cardstock mat and just added some Wild Wheat Textured Ribbon and Wild Wheat dots from the 2023-2025 In Color Dots.  The sentiment from the Go To Greetings stamp set was white heat embossed on a piece of Early Espresso cardstock.

For my last card I cut the Crushed Curry striped piece of patterned paper in half and adhere a piece to the top and a piece to the bottom of the Early Espresso cardstock mat.  The gap in the middle was covered by the daisy patterned paper.  I did add some Gold Trim and some Gold Adhesive Backed Sequins to finish this card.

I hope you enjoyed these projects.
