It is a little Tent Box created by Sam Hammond Donald who you may know as Pootles. You can find her tutorial here.
I used the 'Shining Christmas' 12" x 12" Specialty Designer Series Paper which you can find on the On Line Exclusives. The stamp set used is Brightest Glow and the die cut is from the matching Labels Aglow Dies.
Just a tip when making these boxes you will need to use on directional paper.
