True Love

Hi everyone, sharing two of the projects the ladies made at last weekend's class.  It uses the True Love Designer Series Paper and Peaceful Moments Stamp Set.


The flowers were cut from the Designer Series Paper and coloured using Dark and Light Real Red and Dark and Light Old Olive.


I will admit that I had a bit of trouble working out which way was up or down with these flowers and after looking at the pictures I think I still got it wrong, especially with the box but the good thing is you can just turn it up the right way.

The box is one of the Love You Always Treat Boxes available in the January-June 2021 Mini Catalogue.  There is no adhesive required in putting these boxes together and they are perfect for giving a little gift.

I love the contract of the black and white in the Designer Series Paper with the pop of red.

    I have colored so many of the flowers from the True Love DSP, also. I agree that it is just the right pop of color against the black and white. Your card is beautiful, and I plan to use your layout with several of those flowers that I have already colored and cut out, just waiting for a new idea to come along. I colored them in Lovely Lipstick, Daffodil Delight, Mint Macaroon, Poppy Parade, Rich Razzleberry and Magenta Madness. Thank you!
