Hi everyone, sharing some cards I made using the Sending Smiles stamp set and the Sending Dies. I am still on my challenge to use up my paper stash. For these cards I have used the four sheets of Blushing Bride from the Subtles 6" x 6" Designer Series Paper Assortment.
For the first set of cards I cased this layout from Chelsea Christiansen at Creative Chelsea. Chelsea made a set of cards for the April 2023 Sheetload of Cards at Call Me Crafty Al as part of the Collaboration Team. I just loved the layout and how she used the patterned paper and the embossed Vellum background. I have used a different stamp and die set and I really love the finished cards.
For my second set of cards I cased the layout from Brian King. This layout is perfect for 6" x 6" pieces of patterned paper. I cut each sheet at 12.8cm and then cut 2 pieces 2.5cm x 12.8cm and 2 pieces 5.1cm x 12.8cm. The two strips leftover and cut down to decorate the inside of my card, only a small piece of scrap went in the bin. I made 4 of these cards, using the same design layout of the elements as the first set of cards.
