Berry Delightful - Project 1

Hi everyone, over the next week I will be sharing some card designs using the Sweet Strawberry Bundle and the free Sale-a-bration Berry Blessings stamp set and Berry Delightful Designer Series Paper.

I promised myself at New Year's that I would use my Designer Series Paper instead of hoarding it and also to design my cards so that I do not have a lot of scrappy pieces left.  These scrappy pieces drive me crazy as I always seem to drop them and they scatter all over.

I have actually used the entire Berry Delightful Designer Series Paper Pack, so off to a good start with my New Year's Resolution.

Some of the sketches are my own and some are from other sites, however I did not keep a record of where I got them from as I just roughly sketched them out on scrap paper, so my apologies in not giving credit for the sketches.  Where I know the origin of the sketch I will make acknowledge this.  I made the sketches up with cardstock and worked out cutting measurements, in both metric and imperial, which I have posted beneath each project. 

I think this was a Mojo Monday Sketch but not 100% sure.

I used 3 sheets of 12" x 12" DSP, this makes 24 cards.

Cut piece 1 @ 2.5cm x 12.8cm or 1" x 5"

Cut piece 2 @ 3.8cm x 10.1m or 1 1/2" x 4"

Cut piece 3 @ 5.1cm x 7.6cm or 2" x 3"

All the mats are 0.5cm or 1/4 larger in the cutting measurements.

You will have a 5.1cm x 30.5cm or 2" x 12" piece of DSP left. You can make more cards using this and another sketch or it can be used to decorate the inside of some cards which is what I did with it.
