Hands up if you have been guilty of purchasing the Memories & More Card Packs, using a few of the cards and then the remainder just sit in your stash. I will admit that I am a serial offender, so I decided on Sunday to have a little play and see what cards I could make using the Come Sail Away Memories & More Card Pack. I also used the Come Sail Away Designer Series Paper, the Sailing Home stamp set and the Smooth Sailing dies.
This is the first card I made using one of the Come Sail Away Memories & More Cards. I trimmed it down to the card front size and added a strip of Come Sail Away Designer Series Paper at the top. I saved the wording from the Memories & More card and cut it down to size , matted it onto a piece of Night of Navy cardstock to use on my card as the sentiment.
I created a banner using strips of cardstock that I flagged the ends of before adding some of the stickers from the sticker sheet in the Come Sail Away Memories & More Card Pack.
The boats are from the Sailing Home stamp set which I stamped on Whisper White cardstock using Night of Navy ink. I then coloured these using a Blender Pen picking up the colour from the stamp image. These were then die cut and adhered to the card front using Mini Dimensionals.
Over the next couple of weeks I will be posting more cards using the Come Sail Away Memories & More Card Pack and the products from the Come Sail Away Suite.
