Just Add Ink #271
Hi everyone, just sharing my card I made for the challenge this week at Just Add Ink. The challenge is based on this terrific sketch, it was just perfect to use the Triple Banner Punch and the circle punches and dies.
I used the stamp set "Circles of Spring" for the sentiment which I punched out with the 1 3/8" circle punch. I layered this onto a scalloped circle from the Baker's Box Thinlits, the edges of the circle are more jagged than scallop but they worked perfectly for the look that I was after. I then layered this onto a scalloped circle made using the 1 3/4" scalloped circle punch and the final layer was a circle made using the 2" circle punch. I liked the finished layered effect. The banners were made using the Triple Banner Punch and the DSP is from the "Go Wild" Paper Stack.

Those layered circles and scallops look fabulouse, Carolyn. Really eye-catching choice of papers, too. Thanks for joining in the fun at Just Add Ink this week!
ReplyDeleteThat would be "fabulous", not fabulouse!!

ReplyDeleteThis card really pops with the black and white!! The hint of gold is a nice touch too. Really nice to see your entry this week at Just Add Ink.
