Storybook Moments 12" x 12" Designer Series Paper - Day 1

Hi everyone, over the next six days I will be sharing cards that I made using the Storybook Moments 12" x 12" Designer Series Paper.  My main focus was on using the sheets with the cut-a-parts on them and the die-cut designs, however I did use some of the other sheets in the pack.

I used the reverse side of one of 3" x 4" cut-aparts for this card.  I cut it into 1" x 3" strips and adhered these to a Basic Beige card base.  I created the framed house by fussy cutting one of the houses from the Designer Series Paper, die cut the frame from Basic Beige cardstock, added Balmy Blue ink to a piece of Basic White using a blending brush and adhered the house to this before adding it to the frame.  The frame was adhered to the card front using dimensionals.

I embellished the card with die cut pieces, a linen thread bow, sentiment and Antique Pearls.
