Hi everyone, it is time for another 'Stash Busting Saturday' show and tell.
I selected the Earthen Elegance 12" x 12" Designer Series Paper for this week's Stash Buster. I made 9 cards using two sheets of 12" x 12" Designer Series Paper, 5 with the 'Hello' sentiment and 4 with the 'For Your' sentiment. The stamp set I used is Layering Leaves.
I had two pieces of Designer Series Paper that measured 6" x 12" (I had used the dark bottom section of the sheets on a previous project) which I cut into 5.7cm x 12.8cm. I only got 8 pieces this size, however I did use 2 of the offcut pieces to create the 9th piece as the join was behind the other piece of Designer Series Paper.
The other sheet of 12" x 12" Designer Series Paper was cut into nine 8.8cm x 10.1cm pieces. The strip left was cut into 10cm x 1.5cm pieces to decorate the card insides.
These cards came together quickly as I was using punches to create the leaves and the sentiment oval. Card making does not get much easier when you can just sit and use punches to create all the elements on your card.
