A Friend Like You

Hi everyone, sorry for not posting for a couple of weeks but life got kind of busy with work being full on this time of the year.

I have used the Share What You Love Specialty Designer Series paper, the Love What You Do stamp set and Falling flowers for my card.

The flowers and leaves were coloured using the Watercolor Pencils stamped using StazOn Black ink on Shimmery White cardstock. These were cut out using the May Flowers Framelits.

A Friend Like You

Hi everyone, sharing another of the projects from my recent Junior Diabetes Research Foundation fundraiser.

I love the colours of Rich Razzleberry, Old Olive and Whisper White together.  They create such a fresh look to the finished card.

I have used the Share What You Love Specialty Designer Series Paper and the Love What You Do stamp set.  The pearls were coloured with the Dark Rich Razzleberry Stampin' Write Blend.

Friend

I'm Lucky To Have A Friend Like You

I spent a lovely afternoon celebrating my friend Tracy's 60th birthday, having a high tea at the Peninsula Tea Rooms, Tranby House.  The Tea Rooms are set in the old colonial farm grounds overlooking the banks of the Swan River.  It was gorgeous day in Perth, you would not believe that it is supposed to be winter.

This is my card I made for Tracy, using the Love What You Do stamp set.  I love the friend sentiment in this set, so apt for the card I wanted to make.  The patterned paper is from the Share What You Love Specialty Designer Series Paper.

I'm Lucky To Have A Friend Like You

Group Swap

Hi everyone, sharing the card I made for our Stamparoos Stampin' Up! Group Swap that was held last night.

We had to make our card or project using something new out of the new catalogue. As my preorder arrived last week, I was a bit spoilt for choice. I changed my mind several times.  This is the card that I decided to use as my swap.

I have used a new In-colour, Grapefruit Grove along with patterned paper from the Share What You Love Specialty Designer Series Paper.  The stamp set is "Love What You Do".  These products are part of the Share What You Love Suite that is available from 1 May 2018.

I reckon that the person who gets to name all the Stampin' Up! ink colours has the best job in the world.  I love all the names that they come up with.
