Stash Busting Saturday - Merry Christmas

Hi everyone, I nearly forgot to post this week's 'Stash Buster'.  I was out doing my veggie garden today so I have muscles I did not know I owned, lol.  I was laying on the lounge nursing my aching muscles and watching Telethon when I realised I had not done my post.

In 2023 the people of Western Australia raised 77.5 million for Telethon which supported 107 beneficiaries, purchasing equipment, funding medical research into childhood diseases and delivering life-changing programs which positively impact the lives of sick, vulnerable and disadvantaged children in Western Australia.  I wonder what the amazing people of Western Australia will achieve this year.

Back to my 'Stash Buster'.  The inspiration for this week's project came from a project I did for a Stamp Camp last weekend.

This got me thinking about using 2 pieces of 6" x 6" coordinating Designer Series Paper and making a set of cards with no scraps.  I managed it, making 6 cards from the 2 pieces of Designer Series Paper.

I will post the cutting layout and the measurements tomorrow, so make sure to visit again if you would like the instructions on how to make these cards.

The card above in the picture is slightly different to the card I made for the cutting layout.  The Gold and Very Vanilla piece in this picture measures 4 1/2" x 1 1/2" when in fact it is 4 1/2" x 3/4".  The card design is the same, just the DSP Panel is slightly narrower.

I made things easy for myself, by using the same focal point and sentiment on all the cards.
