Stash Busting Saturday - 48 cards from 6 pieces of 6" x 6" Designer Series Paper

Hi everyone, for this week's 'Stash Buster' I will show you how to make 48 cards from 6 sheets of Designer Series Paper with no patterned paper scraps.

I have used the Bright & Beautiful 6" x 6" Designer Series Paper Pack.  I selected 6 different patterned sheets from the pack and cut these into 1 1/2" x 1 1/2" squares.  You will have 16 squares from each sheet.

I then took one A4 sheet of 6 coordinating colours of cardstock and cut these into 2" x 2" squares.  You will have 16 of each colour.  There will be some cardstock scraps but these can be kept for another project.

Using the two smallest squares from the Stylish Shapes Dies cut the Designer Series Paper squares with the smallest die and the cardstock squares with the second smallest die. Make sure that you cut the squares from the centre with an even border around as the frames that are created will be used to make the other 32 cards.

Adhere the small squares to the larger cardstock squares and then adhered these to the Thick Basic White cardstock cardbase.

Die cut the Happy Birthday using the Wanted to Say Dies from Night of Navy and Basic White cardstock and adhere together.  Adhere to the card front using dimensionals.  Add some Rhinestones to finish the card.  You will get 16 of these cards.

For the next 32 cards take 3 sets of frames (Designer Series Paper & Cardstock) and adhere to a Thick Basic White cardstock cardbase.  You can mix and match these but I decided to split them into two lots, making 16 cards of each colour design.

Add a piece of Silver & White Sheer Ribbon to the card front.

Die cut the Happy Birthday using the Wanted to Say Dies from Night of Navy and Basic White cardstock and adhere together.  Adhere to the card front, over the top of the ribbon, using dimensional.  Add some Rhinestones to finish the card.

I hope you enjoyed this week's 'Stash Buster' cards.
