Hi everyone, sharing Project 8 (this is the final project) from the recent Fundraiser I held for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
Stamp the images for the Geranium and the Pot using Old Olive, Pear Pizzazz, Real Red and Gray Granite ink, note that the leaf outline is Old Olive and the filler image is Pear Pizzazz. This will look quite dark when first stamped, however will lighten when it dries. You will make two sets of the Geranium and the Pot, one is for the Gift Bag and the other for the card.
Die cut all
the pieces. Taking note to die cut the
pot top twice and then stamp with the image using Gray Granite ink. It is easier to die cut and then stamp as it
is difficult to line up.
For the card
this is made from a piece of cardstock 10.4cm x 29.6cm and scored on the 29.6cm
edge at 14.8cm, x19.2cm and 24.3cm. On
the bottom section find the middle and cut on the diagonal to the first score
line (both sides). This creates the
pointed section of the card (triangle).
Fold all the score lines taking note of the valley folds and the
mountain folds.
Adhere the
top portion of the card together from the top of the card to the first score
line (this score line should be a valley fold).
Adhere the
Designer Series Paper cut at 4.2cm x 9.4cm and 2cm x 9.4cm for the Green Print
and 3.4cm x 9.4cm for the Grant Granite Print to the Basic White Cardstock mats
cut at 9.9cm x 9.9cm, 3.8cm x 9.9cm and 4.6cm x 9.9cm, taking note that the
2.5cm x 9.4cm strip of Designer Series Paper is adhered to the bottom of the
large 9.9cm x 9.9cm Basic White Cardstock mat.
Adhere these pieces in place, taking note that the 9.9cm x 9.9cm Basic
White and DSP piece is adhere to the card inside.
Emboss on a
diagonal a 6.9cm x 6.9cm Basic White Cardstock piece using the Timeworn 3D
Embossing Folder. Adhere this embossed
piece to a Gray Granite 7.4cm x 7.4cm square and adhere this to the triangle
section of the card front. You only need
to put adhesive on the bottom diagonal section of the square.
Layer on to
the diagonal square the other Geranium and Pot elements the same way that you
did for the Gift Bag.
Add some Red Rhinestones and a Linen
Thread double bow to finish.
Hope you enjoyed this project.
