Freshly Made Sketches #541 - A Sketch by Jen Brum

Hi everyone, I am playing along this week with the Freshly Made Sketches Challenge.

The Challenge was to create a project using this great sketch by Jen Brum.

For my card I have used the Blessings of Home stamp set.  I stamped the image using Early Espresso ink on a piece of Kraft Cardstock cut at 6.3cm x 9.4cm and coloured it with the Early Espresso, Old Olive, White and Crushed Curry Watercolor Pencils.  This piece was then matted onto a piece of Early Espresso Cardstock cut at 6.7cm x 9.8cm

The Early Espresso patterned paper is from the Neutrals 6" x 6" Designer Series Paper Assortment.  This was cut at 10.5cm x 5.2cm and matted onto a piece of Early Espresso Cardstock cut at 10.5cm x 5.6cm.  The little banner is made using So Saffron Cardstock, the flagged end was hand cut.  The sentiment on the banner is from the Blessings of Home stamp set and was stamped using Early Espresso ink.

To finish the card a double Linen Thread bow and some White Classic Mat Dots were added.

Hope you enjoyed this project.

Thank you for visiting.
