I have been playing with the Champagne Shimmer Paint trying out some new techniques.
For this card I tipped the Champagne Shimmer Paint onto my finger and rubbed it onto a piece of Window Sheet. I added some reinkers in the colours of Crumb Cake, Soft Suede and Black Momento. I spritz this with Isocol Alcohol (Rubbing Alcohol) and swiped a piece of Glossy White cardstock through the mix.
I swiped 4 pieces of card through the mix, getting a deep colour coverage the first time with it getting lighter each time I re-swipped. You cannot see it in the photo but there is a great shimmer to the finished piece from the paint.
The candles and sentiment are from the Broadway Birthday stamp set.
I kept the design of the card pretty basic as I did not want to cover up the background piece.
